Tony "Cortez" Seaborn Tony Seaborn will now be our leading our team in the kitchen at Ciao Bella in addition to his overseeing the kitchen at Carmela's. Tony has over 15 years experience in the culinary arts with emphasis on Italian food.
Chris Ferri Chris is a classically trained bartender who learned his craft beginning more than 20 years ago. Chris collects old bar books and drink recipes. He has worked out east, downtown, and for some well known area businessmen. His recipes have been published locally and nationally.
His official title is VP of Drink Development.
